SteadyRise Family Money ("SteadyRise," "we," "us") provides a household finance application at app.steadyrise.us. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Account information. Your email address and the authentication metadata required to sign you in.
- Financial data you enter. The budgets, transactions, accounts, and goals you create or import. This data is stored in an encrypted, managed cloud database.
- Operational logs. Standard request logs and error reports for reliability and security monitoring.
How we use your information
- To operate the SteadyRise application and provide the features you request.
- To authenticate your sessions and protect your family workspace.
- To send transactional email (verification and invitations).
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and improve the product.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal or financial information.
- We do not show third-party advertising.
- We do not share your transactions with marketers or data brokers.
Service providers
We rely on a small set of vetted third-party service providers to operate SteadyRise, including providers of authentication, database hosting, transactional email, and content delivery. Each provider processes data only as needed to deliver its service to us. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your family workspace at any time by contacting us; backups are purged on our standard rotation thereafter.
Your choices
- Export your data at any time from the Data Management page.
- Request correction or deletion by emailing the address below.
- Add or remove accounts you've created from the Accounts page.
Children
SteadyRise is intended for adults managing household finances and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
We will post any changes to this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email or through an in-app notice.
